Steve was in his car one day heading into work when he happened to be listening to a local FM station playing a Bon Jovi song. Some eight hours later, he turned the radio back on and that SAME Bon Jovi song was on! Steve was always critical of the repetition loop stations were in and said to himself “There was more to the 80’s than this stuff! This was not ‘the real 80’s”!
From that point on, Steve Jarrott made it his sworn duty to rid the world of the dreaded “repetition bug”. Now, with The Real 80's, Steve re-introduces those lost 45s of the 80s; and reminisces with us about the music as it really was all those years ago.
